  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We ship worldwide!

  • I haven't recieved my order, but it has been shipped!

    I'm very sorry, but I am not responsible for lost shipments. All orders are shipped First Class by USPS with no insurance. Unless stated or agreed otherwise. Please message me if you would like additional services to your shipment prior to your purchase. I will create a separate listing for you.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All orders are shipped in batches. I take 1-3 trips to the post office each week. It may vary due to my work schedule or if there is a personal/family emergency. Please take into consideration if there is a holiday, because it may cause a delay with USPS.

    On rare occasions I run low or run out of shipping materials. This may cause a small delay in shipment. (Usually by a day or two.)

    If you have any concerns about when your order will be shipped, please do email me via the shop page.

    **I have a separate job from this shop, so please take into consideration that sometimes I cant reply quickly. I will try to ASAP!**

  • I have emailed you, but haven't had a responce!

    Storenvy occasionally glitches when messages are sent. This may cause your message to be undelivered to my inbox.
    Try again if you do not get a response within 3-4 days.

  • Paypal Claims

    Please do NOT open a paypal claim if you failed to contact us. If you have a concern with your order please consult me at SweetieCakesShopCustomerService @ yahoo.com

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:

    When ordering please check the contact email you provide us with. You will receive a shipping notification to that email ONLY.

    All international shipping notifications have a customs number. That is issued to your shipment with the United States Postal Service.

    Shipping documents such as receipts and customs forms are OFFICIAL U.S. Government documents.

    If you open a claim even though your order has been shipped-- these documents will be sent to Paypal.com
    *I am NOT responsible if USPS loses your order if shipped first class*

  • Can I have tracking/insurance on my order? Or other shipment services?

    ☆★USA customers/orders☆★

    Tracking on first class shipments is available for USA customers only. If you are interested in having this extra, please add it to your cart before completing your order.

    If you decide to have tracking after you order. Please email me immediately. You will have to pay for the extra service separately. It will not be shipped with tracking till the fee is paid.

    Insurance, Priority and EMS is also available for USA orders, but will be more expensive then first class.

    If you are interested, please email for more information and quotes.

    ☆★International customers/orders☆★

    All international orders are shipped first class, unless Priority or EMS is requested and paid for. You may request it before or after you order.

    ★First Class Mail only includes a customs #; which is attached to the shipment notification email.
    You can partially track the shipment on USPS.com but it will not be accurate.

    **First class shipping can be risky in some cases**
    *Some orders have been lost during shipping.
    *Shipping arrival may vary from 7 days to 4 months, it depends on the country it is being shipped to, or customs.

    ★USPS Priority Mail includes tracking and should arrive within 8-23 days. It's safer then first class, but more expensive. Insurance is also applicable.

    ★EMS is the most expensive service, but it is the fastest and safest out of all shipping methods. It comes with tracking and optional insurance. Arrival should be about 3-10 days.
