The dress focuses a lot on the bust, so if you have a larger chest size- I suggest sizing up.
From personal experience, I am a D cup (40" measured at the bust) and I will be a size XL comfortably. I can fit in a size L, but the way the dress hugs my bust does not look right.
Sizing up is ideal if you have a large bust like myself. ❤
Or if you plan on wearing a blouse under the dress, sizing up is also ideal! ❤
